Has Apple lost the innovedge?

This is the first time I'm hearing of law suits against Apple. In the past, it was Apple doing most of the suing on grounds of plagiarism. Now, after Cisco, we've got people talking about the iPhone being similar in design to this. Or is it just the 'when you get big you've got to be prepared for people to pull you down' syndrome?

I am surprised Roop hasn't responded to this yet!

I am not quite sure the direction of lawsuits should indicate anything. In the current world of IP, everyone's going to be suing first and thinking later.

Okay I break my silence. Visit this place http://www.schwimmerlegal.com/ for more details about the legal tussle of Cisco & Apple on the name iPhone. There seems to an agreement between Apple & Cisco in some form. So I better keep quiet and watch the preceding.
